TRANSPORT
While every effort is made to collect and deliver at the arranged time, we cannot always guarantee punctual delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions and other client’s punctuality. In the event of severe weather or a situation beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule an arranged time at short notice in the best interest of the dogs travelling.
WALKING RULES
These are designed to help dogs to be calmer and better mannered not just during their walks, but also when they return home to their family. We prevent barging through doorways, discourage jumping up, barking, over boisterous rough play with other dogs and any other unsociable behaviours.
We actively reinforce good behaviours of fast responses by them, sitting when instructed to, general good manners and calmness. Also, we are unable to walk female dogs in heat.
NEW DOGS TRIAL PERIOD
A trial period of two weeks is required for any new dog joining the pack in order to assess the integration within the pack and maintain it balanced.
CANCELATION NOTICE
If a cancellation is made within 1 week of the walk date, the price of the walk per cancelled walk could be charged. We require 4 weeks advance notice should you wish for the dog walks to be permanently cancelled.
HOLIDAYS POLICY
To retain the slot 50% of the full price of the walks will be charged during any holidays absence to be able to support the team as we only work with long term clients and are unable to fill these gaps.
HEALTH ISSUES
No fee will be charged if a cancellation is required due to health issues.
DOG WALKING FEE
The price per week (Monday - Friday) is £180 (+VAT).
SECURITY
We are fully insured and Royal Park License holders. We assure you that every possible care and attention will be given to your dog at all times, however we cannot accept responsibility for accidents, illness or other unforeseen events that are beyond our control.
