dog training

Hi I’m Fabian, I’m the founder and manager at Volpets.
I grew up in Argentina surrounded by a menagerie of family pets. My last name, Volpe, meaning fox in Italian, provided the inspiration for our company name, VolPets.

My passion for working with animals led me to work professionally at the Mar Del Plata Aquarium. After pursuing a career in customer service and logistics, I earned my dog trainer qualifications and worked for a while as dog walker.
However during my experience I noticed that often dogs are walked in very big groups and crammed in small vans to maximise returns, making the commuting long and stressful for the dogs and reducing the time spent outdoor.

I also noticed that dog walkers are often poorly paid and therefore basically trained, which creates ground for high turnovers and disengaged employees that spend most of their time on their phone instead of playing with the dogs.

That’s why I founded Volpets.
At VolPets, we understand that your pets are a part of your family, and we treat them as such.
We only walk small groups of no more than 4 dogs for 90 minutes of actual park time, irrespective of the commute.
Our trainers are paid competitive market rates, DSB checked and regularly trained with the latest techniques from UK, USA and EU.
Both our vans and our dogs (if the owners wish so) are GPS tracked to monitor their movement and training in real time, to give you peace of mind.

We reward good behaviour, practice games, and help correct any unwanted behaviour with positive reinforcement. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible care for your furry friends, and we can’t wait to see you in the park!
